Who is FrameShape Solutions

Michael Matlosz started web development in 2001 when he was in college for computer programming.  After working with a globally known software company and dozens of manufacturing facilities in an IT/development capacity, he began his own company, Matlosz, LLC, in 2008. FrameShape Solutions is a child-idea of that company.

We know your business is important to you.  That’s why we strive to make improving it as easy as possible.  Many people are afraid of change for various reasons.   Making changes and adapting new technologies doesn’t have to be scary with us on your team.

We’re here for you to use us as you need us, instead of having to rely on in-house developers, artists, etc.   Which are costly and hard to keep busy at all times.   With our team, you get the best of both worlds.   We’re highly skilled and you only pay when you need us.

Here’s how the flow of the typical project goes.

  1. We start by discussing the scope of the project with you and determining what your needs are. Many times business owners recognize a problem, but don’t know exactly how to solve it, that’s okay too; we are experienced enough to provide outside insight to help create a solution.
  2. After we know exactly what you need, we provide you with an estimate and a projected completion date.  After you approve the project plan, we’ll begin working.
  3. During the development phase, we’ll be sure to ask you about any details we need clarification on.  We don’t want to surprise you with results you didn’t ask for.  We’ll periodically show you our progress as well in order to keep you in the loop.
  4. Once the project has been completed, and final payment has been made, we’ll hand over the end product to you and complete the installation.
  5. This step is optional, but if you want we can also do the implementation and train your staff as well.
